Double Pneumatic Chucks for Faster Processing
The GT Series is equipped with double pneumatic chucks, delivering cutting speeds 2–3 times faster than traditional electric chucks. Two rows of rollers provide a wide clamping range and maintain high cutting precision. The dual support frame accommodates tubes up to 6 meters long, with diameters from Φ20–220 mm and diagonal sizes from 20–150 mm, making it ideal for cutting channel and angle steel.
High-Speed Exchange Table
Featuring the latest parallel exchange technology, the GT Series offers a one-key switch function via its software interface, enabling effortless operation. On the 1530 model, table exchange is completed in just 20 seconds, significantly improving workflow efficiency and reducing labour costs.
Visualisation Control System
