LG+ is a highly productive and flexible fiber laser machine with a reversible layout that can fit all customer’s environments without compromise. This makes Laser Genius+ suitable for all customer facilities and all kinds of production needs.
Laser Genius+ has a gantry architecture that grants high levels of thermal stability, vibration damping and high dynamics. The compact motors and drives include more power per space and high energy efficiency. The laser generator, chillers, motors and optics are integrated inside the service module and ensure ease and speed of installation. Just a few days are enough to go from delivery to production in any factory.
LG+ is designed to have the biggest working range (3,150×1,600mm) of any comparable 2D laser system on the market. It also has the best-in-class maximum processable workpiece weight of 1.150kg.
The most significant components such as CNC, laser generator, and machine mechanical structure are designed and developed by Prima Industrie Group. This allows Prima to have total control of laser process and top class reliability.
Laser Genius+ can be integrated with a wide range of Prima Power modular automation solutions. These allow users to automatically perform functions such as material loading/unloading, storage, and part sorting.
The modularity of Prima Power automation solutions allow for integration with the Laser Genius+ at any time, even well after the machine has been installed.
