The BCe Smart, with its compact solution, offers a new concept that revolutionises the traditional press brake bending thanks to an intermediate level of automation.
The operator places the blank metal sheet and removes the bent component in one ergonomic sequence. Meanwhile, the machine automates each bending cycle, ensuring high-quality bends due to its adaptable bending features.
The bending cell shapes the edges of the panel; typically, the process begins at the outer edge of the metal sheet and moves inward, working sequentially from one side to the other until all bends are finished.
